Maria Fernanda Giraldo, RDH

 

Maria Fernanda, better known to her patients as "Mafe", was born in Columbia and is a graduate of the University of Southern California Ostrow School of Dentistry program in Dental Hygiene.  Mafe is an advocate for oral health and has been passionately involved in outreach programs to the underserved.  She volunteers her free time serving kids with Access to Care Programs and her fluent Spanish helps her to make memorable connections with patients.  She is also active in the Care Harbor Clinic held annually at the Los Angeles Sports Arena.  Her gentle and caring approach to treatment is complemented with her emphasis on educating patients on maintaining healthy gums.  Mafe enjoys spending time outdoors, riding her beach cruiser and doing anything active. She's always ready for an adventure!  We all hope you get to meet her at your next visit!
